Where is Back Bar Skincare located?
We are located in Spokane’s South Hill neighborhood. You can find us at 2607 S. Southeast Blvd., Suite B111, behind the Safeway on 29th. Just head into Building B, and we’re right past the elevator on the 1st floor. Plus, we have free parking available in our lot!
How do I book an appointment?
Booking is a breeze through our Vagaro online portal or by giving us a call at (509) 903-6838. Pick a time that works for you, and we’ll handle the rest!
Why do you require a credit card to book?
A credit card is needed to secure your appointment, but you won’t be charged at the time of booking. Just a heads-up: we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule, let us know a day in advance to avoid the full appointment charge.
What skincare services do you offer?
We specialize in custom facials, seasonal events, and membership options tailored to support your unique skin needs. Plus, we offer free consultations to chat about your skin concerns and goals. No need to worry about upgrades—every facial is personalized to give your skin exactly what it needs.
What should I expect during my first facial?
Before your appointment, you’ll fill out a short intake form to share your skin goals. Your facial will be fully personalized—no upgrades or extra decisions to make. You’ll leave with take-home samples and some helpful tips to keep your skin glowing!
What can I expect after a facial?
After your facial, your skin will feel refreshed and balanced. Some clients might experience mild breakouts as impurities rise to the surface, which is totally normal. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out! I’ll also check in with you a week after your appointment to see how your skin is adjusting and answer any questions.
What online classes do you offer?
We currently offer a class on Teachable focused on giving you the tools to care for your skin like a pro—from understanding products to learning effective routines. And we’re excited to expand with more classes soon to keep elevating your skincare knowledge!
