TIDAL ROSE Crystal Hydration Toner

This natural light rose-infused toner, hydration-enhancer, and makeup setter is perfect for dry, inflamed skin.

HOW TO USE: Shake to activate.  Spritz your face 3-5 times + rub in.   Best used after cleansing and before applying moisturizer.   Spritz throughout the day whenever you need extra hydration and refreshment.

• Seaweed Extract: Long prized for its anti-inflammatory benefits and healing properties. This macro-algae is full of powerful minerals and vitamins that boost overall skin appearance.
